contribute to the archives

The Dorothy and Kenneth Woodcock Archives welcomes donations related to our current holdings. We are actively seeking papers, photographs, publications, audiovisual materials, and memorabilia that will enhance our holdings. We are particularly interested in photographic evidence documenting student life.

All members of the PAFA community are welcome to contribute, including current students, faculty, and staff, alumni, retired employees, friends, donors, and others with a connection to the Academy.

The Archives does not collect all the records of every graduate of PAFA, but seeks special collections documenting various types of PAFA and post-PAFA experiences.  If you have materials and memorabilia documenting student or alumni/ae experiences relating to PAFA for possible donation, contact the Center for the Study of the American Artist at archives@pafa.org or call 215-972-2066.

We are in the early stages of developing PAFA’s Oral History Program. If you would like to learn more about this program or contribute, please contact the archivist.
