Black and white photograph of the Jardine Museum, presently the Khajuraho Museum, in Khajuraho, India. The museum was originally named after W.E. Jardine. Jardine collected loose sculptures from architectural ruins and preserved them in the early conception of the museum in 1910. Though the collection is still known as the Jardine Museum, it was formally established as the Khajurahu Museum in 1967.
